Why can't I edit my information?
Your personal data is maintained by the transport office and is automatically updated from their systems. Therefore, you can only view the information, not change it.

How do I change my address or main destination?
Changes must be made through the transport office, which will then update the portal.

Why does it say 'Consent not given'?
It means you have not approved that the transport office may send you SMS messages about the transport.

How do I switch citizen?
If you are a relative, guardian, or employee authorized for several citizens, you can switch between them via the dropdown menu.

How do I cancel a transport?
Press the Cancel button next to the desired trip. If the deadline has passed, the trip cannot be cancelled in time.

Why can't I cancel a transport?
Cancellation is only possible until the specified cancellation deadline. After this time, the trip is locked in the system.

Where does my data come from?
Information about your trips is delivered directly from the transport office's planning system and is continuously updated.

Why can't I see any addresses?
If you access the citizen portal via a smartphone or tablet, you may need to tap the trip to get more information about the trip, such as where it goes to and from.

Where can I see who is responsible for the transport?
By tapping the individual trip, you can get more information, including who the transport provider is.
